1. Usage: In food industry, it is used as quality improver, PH regulator, nutrition enhancer, and emulsified dispersant. Mainly applied to cheese, drinks, jelly, and ice-cream.
2. Packing: In 25kg composite plastic woven/paper bag with PE liner.
3. Storage and transport: It should be stored in a dry, ventilative and clean warehouse; kept away from moisture and heat and stored separately from poisonous substances. Handled with care, so as to avoid damage to the packing bags.
